If you want to enchant your Supplement Part Shoes, simply talk to the MARS-01 NPC. The shoes can be enchanted up to 3 times, with any combination of Reactor Blueprints. The enchantment is free and has a 100% success rate.

You cannot reset or remove a Reactor Blueprint once it has been installed on the shoes.
