The Nightmare Biolab Room is a special area where you can exchange materials or craft the new Old Headgears from the latest Lighthalzen content in OGxAOR.

To enter this room, you need a Sentimental Fragment, which can be obtained by hunting in Bio Laboratory 3rd Floor ( Base Level 99 is required to enter ). Simply double-click the item from anywhere to access the room.
