You can exchange the "Magic Clay Lump" you obtain from the Faceworm Nest Dungeon or by salvaging Giant Faceworm Skin at the Dreary Man NPC, located right beside the Faceworm Nest entrance NPC.

Dismantling Giant Faceworm Skin[0] gives a random 1–3 Magic Clay Lump. Dismantling Giant Faceworm Skin[1] gives a random 2–4 Magic Clay Lump.

Magic Clay Lump is untradeable.
