• Added Pingu Joybell Christmas Boss Event ( Event is triggered after MVP Garm is defeated ).

Adjust

• Adjusted Garm MVP HP to 788.000 during the event ( 2× current HP ).

• Adjusted Garm MVP spawn time to 13.00, 18.00, and 23.00 server time during the event.

Fix

• Fixed "Transfer Character Ticket" Description.
