🛠️Equipment Refine
Equipment Refine is a feature that lets you upgrade your equipment such as weapons, armors, shields, garments, boots, and headgears to boost their stats.
Normal Refine NPCs are available in various towns, but in ROG you can find them together with Enrich Refiner, HD Ore Refiner, and HD Ore Maker at the Refine Section, located in the North-East corner of the Mall Room.
Weapon - Increase ATK & MATK per refine. Armor - Increase DEF per refine.

In Revo-Classic, refining your equipment normally increases its base stats ( ATK & MATK ), but there’s a limit to safe upgrades. Anything beyond that is considered Over Upgrade. Over Upgrading increases your equipment’s stats beyond the normal cap. In addition to the base refine attack, Over Upgrading grants Additional Damage
This shows the overall total ATK & MATK, including Additional Damage from Over Upgrading. The numbers reflect the total refine, not per refine level:

Bow-type weapons do not increase MATK when refined.
Example: A +10 Lv 4 Weapon will give 70 ATK & MATK + ( 0 ~ 84 ) Additional Damage. A +10 Armor will give 18 DEF
🔝 Upgrading requirements
In order to upgrade, you need to have the item equipped. You'll also need certain materials depending on the item that will be upgraded, and zeny to pay for the upgrading cost. Here's the list of the requirements needed:

You can buy Phracon for 500z each and Emveretarcon for 2000z each at Blacksmith Shops located in several towns such as Payon, Prontera, Morroc, and Alberta.
You can obtain Oridecon and Elunium by exchanging 5 Rough Oridecon/Elunium at any Blacksmith Shop, or by farming them directly from monster drops.
For Enrich Ore, you can buy directly from the ROG Cash Shop.
💎 HD Ore Making
If you have equipment you want to refine but are worried it might break, the solution is to use HD Oridecon / HD Elunium.
Mechanic:
You can craft HD Oridecon / HD Elunium at the NPC located in the Refine Section, North-East of the Mall Room.
The equipment you refine with HD materials must be at least +5.
If refinement fails, the item will not be destroyed, but its refine level will decrease by 1.
