The Origin of Sakray
Long ago, Sakray was known as one of the most loyal and powerful holy knights chosen to protect the balance of Rune Midgard. But during a great battle against forces of darkness, he was struck by an ancient curse. The curse didn’t just corrupt his body, it devoured his soul, twisting him into a vessel of pure darkness. Now, Sakray rises not as a guardian, but as a harbinger of despair, feeding on the world’s lifeforce.
A Spreading Threat
Sakray's influence first spread across Orc Village. The Orcs, once mere savage warriors, began to worship him as a dark deity. To prove their devotion, they offered their most treasured symbol, Orcish Vouchers, as tokens of loyalty and power. The more vouchers sacrificed, the greater Sakray's strength grew, threatening to plunge Midgard into eternal shadow.
The Adventurer's Mission
A wandering sage, known only as the Guardian of Balance, uncovered an ancient truth. The same ritual used by the Orcs to strengthen Sakray could be reversed. By gathering a vast number of Orcish Vouchers, adventurers could bind Sakray’s dark essence, force him to manifest in the mortal realm, and finally defeat him.
Thus, a Global Quest has begun! The NPC is located at the Center of Payon City ( 101,100 ).
Every adventurer across the server must contribute Orcish Vouchers.
Total Orcish Vouchers needed: 250.000 pcs
Reward: For every 100 Orcish Vouchers you contribute, you will receive 1 Maintown Coin.
This is your chance to earn a lot of Maintown Coins! With 250.000 Orcish Vouchers, a total of 2.500 Maintown Coins will be distributed among all contributors.
The Final Confrontation
Once 250.000 Orcish Vouchers are collected, the Seal of Darkness will shatter. The ground will tremble as a dark rift tears open in the heart of Payon. The path will twist unnaturally, splitting apart to reveal a shadowed portal that leads into another realm.
From that abyss, Sakray of Darkness descends, stronger than any foe before, demanding the united strength of the entire server.
