Global Quest: The Seal Awakens

• Added a new Global Quest NPC, where players must work together to complete the quest in order to unlock the World Boss feature. Check HERE for details!

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where PvP Points could not be used to exchange for rewards.

• Fixed default “Headset” headgear quest reward in Geffen City.

• Moved NPC “Neko Neko” ( Black Cat Ears Quest ) to Payon Bridge – South Payon.

Adjustments

• Increased refine success chance when using Blacksmith’s Blessing: 15% → 20%

• Reduced Blacksmith’s Blessing consumption, check HERE!

• Reduced the number of "Disruptive Monsters" in Dimensional Mid and Dimensional High from 50 → 25.

• The Guarantee Card Quest is now limited to one character per account. If one of your characters has already accepted the quest, other characters on the same account cannot take it.

Misc.

• Disabled the RoDex Send Mail function.

• Removed the True Sight effect when completing Battle Pass Collection Quests.
